Hello, I’m Jackie Taylor. I’m Proprietor and Senior Level Technical Support Consultant for SKYWIFI Technical Consulting. I started my business in 2004, and successfully pursued my dream of working from home doing what I love, which is helping end users from all over the world resolve their technical issues, as well as teaching users about their computers and how to avoid problems.
I’m a very dedicated technical support professional with a great sense of humor. I have 10+ years hands on Information Technology experience with 4+ years in a managerial PC/End User Support environment. My corporate Information Technology experience, has given me a broad skill set and knowledge base, to work with users of any skill level or profession. I understand the needs of the users, because I am one myself.
I know the frustrations of living in such a highly technological society that changes every day. There are so many applications, devices, configurations and so forth. If your not technically inclined, and know how your system works, then your going to spending a lot of money on support. I can teach you how to avoid this, by removing applications, and only installing ones that you need, and a whole slue of other things that the big support companies don't want you to know.
I take great pride and dedication in helping end users. My goals are to provide professional, friendly, global technical support, to users all over the world. I’m adapted to working as an individual contributor, team leader, trainer, supervisor and manager.

Kory Tayor, is the Senior Communications Specialist for SKYWIFI Technical Consulting. He provides communications that exceed customer expectations. He specializes in Gaming Networking & Installations, Home & Commercial wiring of all telephone and network infrastructure which includes CAT 5, 5E, 6, Coaxial and RJ45/RJ11 installations. He has 15 years of low voltage experience including: CCTV, Card Access, Burglar/Fire Alarm & Cable TV & Satellite Installations.
